Crawl Space Drainage System

Smart design is what makes SmartPipe so effective at removing water that leaks into a damp crawl space.

When installed against crawl space walls, SmartPipe will capture water that runs down the wall as well as water that accumulates in the soil.

Filter fabric cover drainage holes, allow water in while keeping soil and silt out of the drainage pipe, so it won't clog as easily.

There is a special flange with spacers on the back, and large holes to accept water from the crawl space walls and the footing or wall joint.

Drainage matting and a 20mil vapor barrier are also part of the complete CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.

In extremely wet conditions, SmartPipe can be connected to a high-performance crawl space sump pump called the SmartSump.
