Why we started Capital Clean Space

We started Capital Clean Space with the vision to provide a unique offering of services to protect and beautify our customers homes. As a painting contractor for over 30 years we saw too many homes suffering from the damaging effects of moisture and water damage.
In 2006 we became an authorized Basement Systems Dealer and began offering Basement and Crawlspace waterproofing  to our menu of services. As painters, we have serviced some of the nicest homes in California and Nevada. We love to paint high end residential homes like yours! We also have painted for many multi-family projects for Homeowners Associations, mostly at Lake Tahoe. Our Basement and crawlspace solutions are unlike any one else's, and fix problems no other trades are able to fix.
